What's the difference between handing the system over and running it for me?
In the first, we build the system and hand it to your team, with an explanation of how to manage it, and your team runs it. In the second, we build it, then run it and look after it for you on a monthly contract. Your quote says what each way includes before we start.
Which systems do you connect it to?
To what you use today: Odoo, your online store, WhatsApp and other messaging channels, or spreadsheets. Your quote says exactly what we'll connect. On Odoo, we use our own agent, Fahed Agent.
What happens if the agent gets something wrong?
The agent works inside rules you write with us, from your own business information. When it can't find a sure answer, or the matter needs a decision, it passes the conversation to a staff member. It can also write replies as drafts for your team to review first. Every reply is logged, so if it gets something wrong, we see where and fix the information or the rule.
Does the agent take the place of my staff?
No. The agent answers common questions from your information, collects the order details, and passes anything that needs a decision to a staff member. That frees your team for the work that needs them.
Do I own my business and customer data?
The accounts, files, and data you receive, who they belong to, and whether and how you can export them: we agree on this with you and put it in your written quote before we start. For our ready-made products, such as Aorta and Fahed Agent, your quote also says where your data is stored.
