In short

What does your clinic get when it runs on Aorta?

The name comes from the aorta, the main artery that carries blood to the whole body. The system works the same way: one artery that all of your clinic's management runs through.

Aorta is an operating system for clinics and medical centers, in use at clinics today. It brings finance, appointments and workflow, administration, and patient follow-up into one place, with real-time analytics for management and an AI agent that analyzes, flags, and suggests. We set it up, move your data, and train your team. Your management decides at every step.

Who is Aorta for?

  • A single clinic that wants to organize its appointments, its money, and its patient follow-up
  • A medical center with several departments and many doctors
  • In any country: our team works from Syria and Iraq and serves clinics wherever they are

The problem

How many patients did your clinic lose this week, unnoticed?

When a clinic is spread across notebooks, spreadsheets, and chats, something slips every day, and none of them shows it.

  1. An appointment in a notebook

It reminds no one. The patient doesn't show up, and the doctor's time sits empty.

  2. A message with no reply

A patient asked about an evening appointment, and no one replied until morning. So they booked somewhere else.

  3. A follow-up that never happened

The patient should have come back after two weeks. Their name is in a spreadsheet no one opens, so no one notices.

  4. A cash drawer that doesn't match the invoices

An invoice in a spreadsheet, a payment in a notebook, and a gap that only shows up at the end of the month.

  5. Numbers that arrive late

Management learns what happened after the month is over, not on the day it happens.

What's in the system

Everything your clinic manages, in one system.

Modules that work together on the same data: what reception records shows up in finance and on the management dashboard.

Day-to-day work

  1. Operations

Appointments, doctors' schedules, and each patient's path from booking to leaving.

  2. Finance

Invoices, payments, and expenses in one place, so you know what came in and what went out each day.

  3. Patient relations and follow-up

A contact history for every patient, a reminder of their appointment, and a follow-up after it, so no one who didn't come back gets lost.

Control and numbers

  1. Administration

Staff and permissions: who sees what, and who can change what.

  2. Real-time analytics for management

A dashboard that shows appointments, revenue, and follow-up as they happen.

AI

  1. An agent that assists and analyzes

It reads your clinic's data, flags anything out of the ordinary, and points to what could be improved. It suggests. Your management decides.

Some services, such as the WhatsApp Business Platform and some AI models, aren't available to businesses in every country. Before we start, we confirm with you what's actually available where your business operates.

Example

A management morning at a clinic running on Aorta.

A process that is neither measured nor tracked is a failing process. So management starts the day from one dashboard, not by asking each staff member.

How we start

How does your clinic move to Aorta?

  1. We learn your clinic

We sit with management, reception, and accounting, and map how patients and money move through your clinic today.

  2. Written quote

Before any work, we write down what we'll set up, which of your data we'll move, when, and what it costs.

  3. We set up the system and move your data

We configure the modules and permissions to fit how your clinic works, and move what you need from your spreadsheets and notebooks.

  4. We train your team

Each person on their own part: reception on appointments, accounting on finance, and management on dashboards and reports.

  5. Up and running, then support

Your clinic starts working on Aorta, and we support you after that. Support varies by clinic, and your quote says what it covers.

Your data

Where is your clinic's data stored, and who can access it?

Where your clinic's data is stored, who on our team and on yours can access it, and whether and how you can export it: we agree on this with you and put it in your written quote before we start.

Common questions

Questions clinic owners ask.

Is Aorta right for a single clinic, or only for large centers?

Both: a single clinic and a medical center. We set up the parts your clinic needs and write them into your quote.

Does the agent diagnose patients or suggest treatment?

No. Aorta's agent works on running and managing the clinic: appointments, follow-up, finance, and the numbers. It flags issues and makes suggestions. Your management decides. Medical decisions stay with the doctor alone.

Our data is in spreadsheets and notebooks. Do we start from scratch?

No. We go through what you have today with you, and before we start, your quote says what we'll move into Aorta and how.

Does my team need technical experience?

No. We train each team on its own part: reception on appointments, accounting on finance, and management on dashboards and reports.

Do you work with clinics in my country?

Yes. We work with clinics in any country, and our team works from Syria and Iraq. Some services, such as some AI models, aren't available in every country. So before we start, we confirm with you what's actually available where your clinic operates.

How much does Aorta cost?

It depends on your clinic's size and the modules it needs. We put the price, and how it's calculated, in a written quote before you start.

Who helps us once we're up and running?

Our team. We support you after you're up and running. Support varies by clinic, and your written quote says what it covers before we start.
